This change follows the launch of official local sales channels in these regions. To provide faster delivery and improved customer support, these markets will now be serviced exclusively through our authorized local partners.

As a result, customers residing in Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia will no longer be able to place orders on the Global Store.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange/Return

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• after 14 days from the date of receipt
  
• washed or altered
  
• damaged due to customer negligence
  (e.g., signs of wear, removal of tags, stains, tears, makeup marks, etc.)
  
• damaged due to improper washing, not in accordance with the care label
  (Please note: dark-colored and denim items may bleed or fade.)
  

Delivery Service

We ship all international orders via DHL Express.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from the shipment date.

Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
